Daniela León is a global authority in pricing and revenue growth for financial services, with 16+ years of experience leading transformative monetization strategies across Latin America.

She is the Founder and CEO of Value of Insights (VOI), the first specialized consultancy focused on pricing and revenue management for banks, insurers, and fintechs in the region. Through VOI, she has advised leading financial institutions and brands like Holiday Inn, Santillana Latinoamérica, Vitapro, Assist Card, and Altius, as well as 40+ SMEs across sectors such as construction, healthcare, mining, and pharmaceuticals.

Previously, Daniela served as Director of Pricing & Analytics at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), the country’s largest bank, where she led enterprise-wide pricing strategies that boosted annual revenues by 32% to $3.5B and net income by 48% to $1.2B. Her work was instrumental in raising BCP’s ROE to 25%, making it Peru’s most profitable bank.

Thanks to this success, she was appointed to create the first Center of Excellence for Revenue Management & Pricing at Credicorp, BCP’s parent company, extending best practices across its multi-industry portfolio—banking, insurance, pensions, and fintech.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles at LATAM Airlines, Casa Andina (Grupo Intercorp), and Libertador Hotels, where she consistently delivered historic growth in profitability through pricing, revenue strategy, and data-driven commercial leadership.

Daniela has been recognized with awards such as the FICO Vanguard Award and Fintech Americas’ Disruptor Award, underscoring her impact and innovation in the financial sector. She holds Executive MBAs from Kellogg School of Management and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a BA in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.

She is also the creator of the Congreso Revenue Management, the leading Spanish-speaking event on strategic pricing, and a keynote speaker and mentor committed to helping organizations and leaders turn pricing into a sustainable growth engine.
